We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale IT transformation program for an industrial client. The program focuses on process harmonisation and system landscape modernisation in a complex multi-vendor and multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across workstreams, releases, and suppliers.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure solution quality throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive go-live readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Monitor milestones, report progress, and escalate deviations.
- Ensure compliance, security, and architecture alignment.
- Support operational transition, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformation programs, with concrete project references.
- Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI in project management and delivery.
- Extensive experience managing complex multi-vendor and multi-country deliveries.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, including system implementation, go-live, cutover, and hypercare.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple suppliers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and organizational change.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
