We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale IT transformation program for an industrial client. The program focuses on process harmonisation and system landscape modernisation in a complex multi-vendor and multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across workstreams, releases, and suppliers.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure solution quality throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
Drive go-live readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Monitor milestones, report progress, and escalate deviations.
Ensure compliance, security, and architecture alignment.
Support operational transition, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformation programs, with concrete project references.
Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI in project management and delivery.
Extensive experience managing complex multi-vendor and multi-country deliveries.
Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, including system implementation, go-live, cutover, and hypercare.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple suppliers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
Solid experience in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and organizational change.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
