D365 ERP Finance consultant
Responsibility of finance end-to-end solutions in global roll-outs
We are looking for an experienced Finance Solution Consultant to participate in several global roll-out, being responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of customer's finance end-to-end solutions (ERP, Travel Expense Management, consolidation systems), ensuring they meet local business needs and align with the Global Template.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze finance business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
- Support the solution lifecycle: planning, development, implementation and maintenance
- Ensure seamless integration of finance solutions with ERP, Travel Expense Management and consolidation systems
- Support the development and safeguarding of the Global Template to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of solution functionality and performance
- Maintain solution documentation (design, configuration, user guides) and support end-user training
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards and best practices
Required experience and competencies
- Proven experience in finance solutions and processes (ERP, Travel Expense Management, consolidation systems)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proficiency in finance software and tools
- Ability to work in cross-functional, global teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Dynamics365) are an advantage
- Location in the EU / Finland, but be prepared to travel as needed.
