D365 ERP Finance consultant

Responsibility of finance end-to-end solutions in global roll-outs

We are looking for an experienced Finance Solution Consultant to participate in several global roll-out, being responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of customer's finance end-to-end solutions (ERP, Travel Expense Management, consolidation systems), ensuring they meet local business needs and align with the Global Template.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze finance business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
Support the solution lifecycle: planning, development, implementation and maintenance
Ensure seamless integration of finance solutions with ERP, Travel Expense Management and consolidation systems
Support the development and safeguarding of the Global Template to ensure consistency and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement of solution functionality and performance
Maintain solution documentation (design, configuration, user guides) and support end-user training
Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards and best practices

Required experience and competencies

Proven experience in finance solutions and processes (ERP, Travel Expense Management, consolidation systems)
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proficiency in finance software and tools
Ability to work in cross-functional, global teams and adapt to changing priorities
Relevant certifications (e.g. Dynamics365) are an advantage
Location in the EU / Finland, but be prepared to travel as needed.
