We are looking for a Solution Architect with a focus on ServiceNow Global Business Services (GBS) and potentially other/new capabilities.
The Solution Architect translates requirements into standard-compliant, implementable solution architectures that enable effective delivery and stable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with requirements
- Translate high level requirements into cost effective and efficient solution design
- Own and maintain solution roadmaps
- Ensure compliance and alignment with architecture standards, principles and business/IT strategy
- Share knowledge, participate in communities, educate teams to build relevant domain related knowledge and competence
- Guide development teams in design and technical decisions
- Define integration approaches and system interactions
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and maintainability needs
- Explore technology and market development to continuously improve solution architecture
Core KPIs:
- Compliance with architecture standards
- Reuse of standard solutions and components
- Technical debt level
- Scalability, maintainability and performance of the solution/platform
- Design-related defects and incidents
Required Skills:
- Solution architecture across application, data, and integration domains
- Understanding of architecture frameworks
- Knowledge of integration and system design patterns
- Ability to translate requirements into structured designs
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications
