In this role, you will:
- Co-design a proposal and delivery approach for agentic AI workflows within two commercial departments at a large enterprise organization.
- Identify high-value business use cases that can move beyond pilots into repeatable workflows with measurable impact.
- Work alongside a 4–5 person client core team to define the sequence from data and integrations through MCPs to workflow implementation.
- Support commercial teams in building and adopting their own agents and operating practices rather than creating solutions they cannot sustain.
- Contribute hands-on expertise across workflow design, integration architecture, rollout planning, and stakeholder collaboration as an individual consultant or a small team.
You will thrive if:
- You have direct experience building and deploying agentic AI workflows in enterprise environments, especially outside pure engineering teams.
- You can connect business goals with practical workflow, tooling, and governance decisions to create solutions that people actually use.
- You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments where platforms exist, adoption is growing, and the next step is scaling real business value.
- You collaborate well with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and operational teams, and can guide both strategy and execution.
- You bring a delivery-oriented mindset and know how to find the use cases that stick, then help teams operationalize them.
