We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Cutover Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead and execute the cutover for a complex ERP implementation.
This role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented professional with deep, hands-on cutover management experience and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will ensure a precise, controlled, and low-risk transition from legacy ERP systems to Dynamics 365 ERP.

Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute the end-to-end cutover plan for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
- Manage highly detailed cutover plans, runbooks, checklists, and timelines specific to Dynamics 365 environments together with the nominated vendor stakeholders
- Coordinate cutover activities across functional, technical, data migration, integration, infrastructure, and business teams
- Plan and lead cutover rehearsals and go-live readiness reviews
- Manage dependencies across Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, and external systems
- Identify, document, and actively mitigate cutover risks and issues; escalate clearly and decisively when required
- Act as the single point of accountability and contact during cutover execution, go-live and hypercare
- Facilitate cutover meetings with clear agendas, documented outcomes, and precise action tracking
- Provide concise, accurate, and timely status reporting to project management and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in the role of a D365 Cutover Manager, with a demonstrated track record on large-scale ERP
implementations - Proven experience managing multiple full lifecycle ERP cutovers, from planning through post-go-live
stabilization - Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, environments, data migration, integrations, and
deployment processes - Experience working within complex, multi-workstream and multi-vendor program environments
- Experience with Azure DevOps
According to the current plan, the cutover will take place on the second weekend of June, during the weekend. This role will also involve weekend work and potentially travel to South Africa.
