We are currently looking for a Certified Scrum Master to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
The project is entering the implementation phase, and the overall program timeline is approximately 2.5–3 years. Development is carried out in close collaboration with offshore teams in an international delivery setup.
Key Requirements

Key Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master
- 5–6 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience in SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The role requires occasional on-site work at the client’s premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
