In this role, you will:
- Lead and support a field service project covering district heating meter replacements, new installations, removals, and related operational activities.
- Work hands-on with field service processes, ensuring execution aligns with defined workflows, user stories, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party installation providers and help manage the connection between field activities, inventory handling, and service delivery.
- Support warehouse and materials management processes to ensure the right equipment and resources are available at the right time.
- Bring senior-level expertise to guide practical decisions, resolve delivery challenges, and keep the project moving effectively from kickoff onward.
You will thrive if:
- You have strong hands-on experience in field service environments and understand how operational work gets delivered in practice.
- You are comfortable working in English as your primary professional language.
- You understand the core mechanics, dependencies, and process logic behind installation, replacement, removal, and service coordination projects.
