Our client is looking for an expert-level Infrastructure Architect to own and drive complex VMware migration and transformation initiatives in a global environment. This is a senior role for someone who designs and delivers complete solutions, not just executes predefined tasks.

Role Overview
- Architect and execute VMware → Nutanix / Proxmox / Azure migrations
- Define migration scope, target architecture, and technical approach
- Own your domain end-to-end without existing structures
- Act as a key technical authority in a global transformation program
Requirements
- Proven experience in VMware → target platform migrations
- VMware → Nutanix (primary focus)
- VMware → Proxmox or VMware → Azure
- Deep expertise in Nutanix HCI, AHV, networking, and Prism Central
- Experience with Nutanix Move
- Ability to operate at architecture and ownership level
- Strong communication skills; fluent English (Finnish a plus)
- Located in Finland, working in an international role
- Preferably hybrid model with possibility to work in Helsinki office
