Our small but rapidly growing e-commerce customer is looking for a Shopify expert to support webshop development in an ongoing, part-time engagement. The customer operates in a high-SKU, multi-geo environment and is developing their Shopify setup beyond standard configurations.
This is a hands-on expert role where you will support both ongoing development and product structure redesigns, tooling selections, and integrations between Shopify and external systems.
Required Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify in high-SKU environments
- Experience working with product variants, multi-variation, and multi-geo setups
- Proven experience integrating external systems and software with Shopify
- Solid understanding of e-commerce data flows, fulfilment, and order management
- Ideally experience of utilising AI with Shopify
Tasks they need support with
- Migration from individual products to Product variants
- Defining best way to handle product bundles
- Marketing platforms: Product feeds and end-to-end tracking setups
- Warehouse support tool development / app selection for pick & pack
- External AI software integration to webshop and vice-versa (e.g. utilising Weaviate Query agent)
- Digital service development in Shopify (video and chat)
- Holiday troubleshooting support (customer service questions, procurement)
- Subscription management custom app development
Working Model
- Fully remote
- Part-time engagement, allocation negotiable based on availability and project needs
Working Languages
- Finnish considered an advantage, English ok
Start & Duration
