Our client is modernizing their long-serving ServiceNow Employee Center portal. In this role, you will jump into the core of the project and ensure that the new portal meets modern standards, providing a first-class and intuitive digital employee experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- User Experience Design: You will be responsible for designing the user interface and user experience (UX/UI) of the ServiceNow Employee Center, aiming to create a smooth and logical service foundation for employees.
- Facilitating Design Workshops: You will plan and lead design workshops for the client's internal stakeholders and end-users to map out their needs.
- Data Analysis and Utilization: You will analyze existing usage data and user feedback, translating your findings into concrete design solutions.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with the project's ServiceNow Project Manager and the client's internal experts.
What We Expect from You:
- Solid UX/UI Expertise: You have a strong portfolio and a proven track record in user-centric design for complex digital services or portals. Previous experience in designing for ServiceNow or ITSM environments is considered a highly significant advantage.
- Facilitation Skills: You are accustomed to leading workshops and engaging various stakeholders in the design process.
- Efficient and Independent Working Approach: The project is compact in duration (1 quarter), so you are able to take the reins quickly and deliver high-quality results on a tight schedule.
- Excellent Communication: You communicate fluently in English and can justify your design choices clearly to both the technical team and business management.
This fulltime assignment starts in the beginning of September and will continue approx. 2-3 months. The work can be done fully remotely.
