On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial digitalization, protection, and automation system projects in an international environment.

In this role, you will manage standardized solution deliveries, coordinate cross-functional project teams, and act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders. You will play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality requirements while collaborating closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digitalization, protection, and automation projects
- Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication
- Lead project teams of 3–10 specialists within a global organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
- Ensure effective project governance and continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Energy Technology, Systems Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience managing projects in a technical or industrial environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Structured, proactive, and highly collaborative way of working
Nice to Have
- Experience in industrial automation, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of data center automation solutions and/or renewable energy systems
- Finnish and/or Swedish language skills
