Senior Embedded SW Developer, BLE & Wireless IoT Devices
Nordic platforms and BLE, firmware for ARM Cortex-M
We are looking for an experienced embedded developer for an assignment focused on connected smart devices sold in international markets. The work centres on firmware for Nordic Semiconductor chipsets, Bluetooth technologies and robust device connectivity, within a wider ecosystem of devices, mobile apps and cloud services.

In this assignment you will
- build and maintain firmware for ARM Cortex-M based devices using nRF Connect SDK and Zephyr
- implement BLE and mesh networking features and the protocols linking devices with mobile apps, gateways and the cloud
- troubleshoot issues that span hardware, the radio layer and system integrations
- contribute to security, device provisioning and OTA update functionality
- work hand in hand with hardware, mobile, backend and test engineers
What you bring
- strong C/C++ (mainly C) skills and solid RTOS knowledge
- hands-on experience with Nordic platforms and BLE
- confident debugging with modern tooling
- everyday use of AI-assisted development tools
Nice to have
- Bluetooth Mesh, secure boot and firmware update mechanisms
- embedded Linux or gateway devices
- CI/CD, test automation and release pipelines
- RF tuning and optimization
- experience taking a device from prototype to volume production
