We are seeking a Conversational AI Specialist to join a team focused on developing advanced customer‑facing conversational agents. The position is based in Estonia, working remotely with a Finland‑based team. The primary responsibility is to support the development of a widely used chatbot and conversational agent in the Finnish market. The team is transforming digital customer service and sales interactions by creating exceptional conversational experiences. We are looking for a proactive professional with a can‑do attitude who can identify needs, define requirements, and drive development forward.

Core Competencies
- Ability to analyze conversational data to extract customer insights and inform future improvements.
- Skill in designing and implementing complex customer interactions across web, mobile, and voice channels.
- Experience in conversational design and in taking concepts from idea to production.
- Understanding of both generative AI capabilities and limitations, as well as traditional rule‑based approaches.
- Knowledge of how digital agents gather and use customer information to complete tasks.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Fluency in Finnish and working proficiency in English.
- Degree‑level education and a basic understanding of software engineering principles.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse business stakeholders.
Beneficial Qualifications
- Experience with Google’s conversational AI platforms.
- Prompt engineering experience for conversational agents.
- Experience working with Looker Studio.
- Experience with quality evaluation and metrics.
