Our client is looking for a senior Project Manager to take ownership of a complex and time‑critical project with a hard deadline by the end of this year!

The project has already started, but currently lacks a dedicated project manager to drive it forward, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time.
You will play a key role in confirming the project scope together with the selected vendor, building a clear and realistic project plan, and ensuring the right resources are in place. The project involves market data systems that are widely used across multiple divisions and teams, which makes the stakeholder landscape broad and the overall setup complex.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and structure the project end‑to‑end to meet a fixed end‑of‑year deadline
- Build and maintain a detailed project plan, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholders across business, technical teams, and legal counterparts
- Oversee vendor collaboration and scope confirmation
- Ensure that data integrations and information flows are clearly planned and documented
- Maintain a strong big‑picture view while being able to communicate with both technical experts and non‑technical stakeholders (including legal)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross‑functional projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to see and manage the overall picture in a multi‑team environment
- Experience working with data‑heavy or system‑centric projects is a plus
- Comfortable operating in projects already in progress
Practical details:
- Start: During May
- Allocation: Full‑time initially to establish the project plan; part‑time (50%) sufficient thereafter
- Language: English required (Finnish or Swedish is a plus)
- Location: Hybrid, ability to visit Espoo occasionally
- Duration: Until the end of the year
