We don’t stop at delivering a project based on client specifications. We go a step further by challenging our clients. Through a structured process, we engage with the client to create a plan, including interview slots for potential freelancers.
Our focus on creating a clear plan ultimately saves everyone time and effort. Setting deadlines for offers and scheduling reviews ensures that the project progresses smoothly.

During a project, we maintain regular contact, typically on a monthly basis, to ensure everything proceeds as planned. The occasional check helps make necessary adjustments if needed.
When contracts are coming to an end, we come in early to determine the next steps. The process is straightforward and reliable, making it ideal for clients and freelancers alike.

Direct Dealing

Finitec primarily serves end clients, making it less focused on relationships with consultancy firms. Whereas with a consultancy, there might be pressure to switch freelancers to the consultancy’s own employees as capacity is freed up, Finitec is dedicated to the freelancers. For the client, this means there are no ulterior motives and everything is in service of their success.

The expedited pace of the Finitec process is a standout feature. In addition to our regular fare, where many projects are typically underway within 2-3 weeks after the client's project specification, we have achieved some remarkable turnarounds. 
A notable example is the 24-hour completion of a project: “A client had a pay-per-view pipeline broken at the last minute, and Finitec helped them find the right freelancer for the job in record time. The system their regular provider couldn’t fix was put right in under 24 hours after the initial spec meeting. We are in the position to do things at breakneck speed, if needed”, states Hackspik.
