In this role, you will:

Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services across the full lifecycle, from system design and implementation to production support and iteration.
Turn customer problems into secure, tested, observable, documented and maintainable backend solutions.
Own service quality end to end, including incident response, reliability improvements and ongoing architectural evolution.
Contribute to technical solution design, code reviews and engineering standards that raise quality across the team.
Collaborate directly with internal and external customers to understand goals, pain points and real-world usage feedback.

You will thrive if:

You have deep backend engineering experience, including service design, API design, data modelling, concurrency and performance optimization.
You have worked with distributed systems in production and understand scale, resilience and failure handling.
You are comfortable with Go or can ramp up quickly from another backend language with strong engineering fundamentals.
You can contribute beyond the backend when needed, including adjacent frontend or data-related tasks.
You use AI-assisted development tools effectively and apply strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated code and technical trade-offs.
