In this role, you will:

Own customer problems end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through solution design, delivery, quality assurance, and production rollout. -> Related to Analytics/ML/Optimization/AI B2B SaaS products
Build production-quality solutions that address real business needs, using fast feedback loops, structured customer input, and iterative release practices.
Partner with engineering leadership to shape team priorities and roadmap decisions based on customer needs, product usage insights, and business outcomes.
Act as a trusted technical and product advisor in customer-facing situations, including requirement challenge, de-escalation, feasibility validation, and delivery alignment.
Take responsibility for post-launch success by managing releases, monitoring outcomes, and continuously improving the deployed product.

You will thrive if:

You bring strong technical depth in at least one core area such as analytics, machine learning, optimisation, or AI, alongside solid software engineering capability.
You have senior-level product engineering experience and can independently lead complex, cross-functional customer engagements.
You are skilled at turning ambiguous customer needs into clear, practical solutions, and you challenge assumptions when evidence suggests a better path.
You communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences and can build trust with customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams alike.
You move quickly, take ownership of outcomes, and are comfortable learning new domains fast while becoming productive in unfamiliar environments.
You are strong with Agentic development practices
