We are looking for an experienced QA & Test Lead for a large-scale IT transformation program focused on process harmonisation and system landscape modernisation for an industrial client in a multi-vendor and multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain QA governance, frameworks, processes, and quality gates across the program.
Lead and coordinate testing activities, teams, and resources across all workstreams.
Oversee quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements to production.
Manage test planning, execution, documentation, defect tracking, and resolution.
Implement and oversee test automation tools and practices.
Define QA standards, guidelines, tools, and best practices.
Monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and test results, reporting status and risks to program management.
Drive continuous improvement in QA and testing processes, including automation and CI/CD practices.
Ensure quality controls are established and coordinate corrective actions when needed.

Key Requirements

Strong experience in QA governance, testing frameworks, and end-to-end test management.
Proven ability to lead testing teams and coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams.
Solid understanding of ITIL, SDLC, and IT operating models.
Experience with test automation tools and techniques.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and controls.
Familiarity with modern technologies, including AI.
Experience in process improvement and continuous delivery.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven approach.
