We are looking for an experienced IT Sourcing Manager to support a globally recognized consumer goods and design‑driven company. The role focuses on commercial excellence, multi‑vendor management and cost‑ and risk‑conscious sourcing in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Global outsourcing & multi‑vendor management:
Lead IT outsourcing models, offshore partnerships and multi‑supplier environments.
Commercial & contract management:
Negotiate IT contracts, pricing models, SLAs, renewals and risk clauses.
Vendor performance oversight:
Track KPIs/SLAs, run business reviews and drive corrective actions.
Stakeholder partnering:
Collaborate closely with IT service owners, finance, legal and other key teams.
Cost & risk optimization:
Ensure TCO efficiency, quality, regulatory compliance and security standards.
Execution‑driven approach:
Deliver sourcing initiatives and contracts efficiently with a pragmatic business mindset.

What We Expect

Solid background in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management in a global setting
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Understanding of outsourcing models, risk management and IT cost structures
Ability to work seamlessly with IT, finance, legal and compliance teams
Excellent English skills, Finnish is a plus
