Our enterprise customer in Finland is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and develop a modern Salesforce ecosystem used in large-scale, mission-critical operations. The role focuses on hands-on development, integrations, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and well-designed solutions.

You will be working in a professional, international environment where Salesforce plays a central role across multiple business domains.

Required skills

Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning development, Apex, and Flows
Practical experience using AI as part of development work (e.g. Vibes)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud
Hands-on experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without middleware
Familiarity with Force.com APIs, common integration patterns, and best practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges
Fluency in English

Seen as an advantage

Experience with CPQs (strong advantage)
Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture
Experience in the development and design of Open APIs
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly within the Salesforce platform
Experience with Data360
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) ways of working, possibly including Scrum Master experience

Working model

Allocation: 100% (full-time)
Working language: English (Finnish not required)

Start and duration

Start: April–June 2026 (some of the selected developers will start on April, whereas others in May-June -> negotiable)
Duration: Ongoing contract
