Our customer is looking for a Dynamics 365 Contact Center Consultant to their team. The consultant will join a larger ongoing program focused on renewing customer interaction processes, where the Contact Center plays a key role. We’re looking for a professional with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Contact Center and practical knowledge of implementation work.

Role and requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Contact Center solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM / Dynamics 365 is an advantage
  • Ideally understanding of customer service operations, most ideally within the insurance sector
  • Ability to work as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team
Practical details
  • Start: Planned for January 2026
  • Allocation: Full-time / 100%
  • Language: Ideally Finnish but not strictly required
  • Work location: Ideally combination of remote work and onsite presence in Helsinki, full remote work can be discussed
