In this role, you will:

Plan and execute testing for the migration of HR systems, covering both cutover activities and end-to-end system transactions.
Validate integrations across the HR application landscape, SailPoint, and Active Directory, including iPaaS and API-based message flows between connected systems.
Support the separation of testing scope between HR systems and the SailPoint environment, ensuring identities and access rights are terminated in the previous system and provisioned in the new environment at the correct stages.
Run high-level test cases provided by the end client and document findings, issues, and readiness observations clearly for stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams as a full-time testing resource during a critical migration phase.

You will thrive if:

You have hands-on experience testing enterprise system migrations, cutovers, or large-scale transformation projects.
You know SailPoint and Active Directory in practice and understand how HR data drives the identity and access lifecycle.
You understand HR data and processes well enough to spot risks, inconsistencies, and downstream impacts during testing.
You are comfortable working with integrations, including iPaaS platforms, APIs, and message traffic between connected applications.
