This role focuses on analyzing field data to surface trends, improve product robustness, and inform feature quality decisions for hardware development. Your role will help convert current performance observations into design rules that guide future engineering priorities.

In this role, you will:

Access, clean, and analyze complex field data using SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.
Identify performance trends, uncover meaningful patterns, and translate observations into practical recommendations.
Build clear, compelling visualizations that help stakeholders quickly understand complex findings.
Apply statistical techniques to support data-driven decisions and guide future hardware design focus areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn business questions into rigorous technical analysis in a fast-paced environment.

You will thrive if:

You have 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science and are confident working with large, messy datasets.
You are highly proficient in Python and SQL, with strong data access, wrangling, and analysis skills.
You can create concise, effective visualizations and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, iteration, and working independently while partnering closely with others.
You bring solid statistical judgment and, ideally, some familiarity with AWS-based data tools.
