Job Description

Assess the current Workday HR data landscape to identify quality issues and critical gaps.
Build the first working version (v0.8) of the HR data catalog with definitions and owners.
Define a data dictionary, ownership frameworks, and access/usage restrictions for sensitive personal data.
Deliver pragmatic governance solutions that the internal team can sustain long-term.
Advise the HR technology team on Workday data management best practices.

Requirements

Senior-level, hands-on experience with Workday HCM in global organizations.
Strong background in HR data governance, data catalogs, and data dictionaries.
Expertise in managing sensitive personal data and multi-country compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and capable of working independently.
Fluent written and spoken English.
