Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to support the evolution and harmonization of its SaaS product portfolio. The assignment focuses on improving UX/UI consistency across multiple software products while helping establish a shared design direction that enables scalable product development and stronger collaboration between teams.

The environment consists of products originating from different companies, business units, and development teams. While each product serves its own purpose and customer needs, there is an opportunity to create greater coherence in user experience, interaction patterns, and visual design approaches across the portfolio.

In this role, you will help define and drive a practical UX/UI vision that supports consistency without introducing unnecessary complexity or heavy governance structures. The objective is to identify shared design principles, reusable interaction patterns, and common approaches that can be adopted incrementally across products and teams. You will work closely with product management, development teams, and stakeholders across the organization to align design efforts, facilitate collaboration, and create clarity around the future direction of product design within the portfolio.

The assignment combines strategic product design thinking with hands-on UX/UI expertise. In addition to shaping design direction, you may participate in workshops, concept development, and product-level design work when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Defining and communicating a shared UX/UI direction across multiple SaaS products
Identifying reusable UX patterns, principles, and best practices
Improving consistency in user experiences and interface design approaches
Supporting collaboration and alignment between product teams and business units
Facilitating workshops and design discussions with stakeholders
Contributing to hands-on product design and concept work when required
Supporting lightweight design governance and adoption of shared practices
Helping teams evolve toward a scalable and pragmatic design approach
