We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to support our client in a global spare parts business development project. The objective of the project is to develop a global operating model for managing spare parts kits and ensure that related data flows correctly between different systems and ERP instances.

Our client operates a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment consisting of a centralized ERP instance and separate ERP instances for different sales regions. Spare parts kit data and bill of materials (BOM) structures are defined in a separate source system and then transferred to the ERP system. The consultant will be responsible for designing and defining how spare parts kits should be handled within the D365 environment and how the process should operate globally across multiple ERP instances.

Key Responsibilities

Define the logic for handling spare parts kits in D365, including product structures (BOMs) and order processes
Define and validate integrations between the source system and D365
Design and ensure the functionality of order and delivery processes between ERP instances
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Validate solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and the client's internal development teams

The role focuses on requirements definition, analysis, and validation, and does not require hands-on implementation. However, we expect the consultant to be able to work independently and take a practical, solution-oriented approach within the D365 environment.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience independently defining, analyzing, and validating ERP processes and solutions
Experience working in complex, global ERP environments, preferably involving multiple ERP instances or legal entities
Ability to understand business processes and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams
Fluent English communication skills
