The assignment focuses on supporting renewable energy operations in OT and automation environments, while also helping shape OT operating models, responsibilities, and development practices. The team is open to both experienced experts and growth-oriented professionals who can contribute over the long term, with mostly remote work and occasional visits to headquarters and plant sites.

In this role, you will:

Map, document, and develop an understanding of heterogeneous power plant automation and OT environments.
Act as a technical liaison between OT teams, IT, plant suppliers, business stakeholders, and other specialist groups.
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in OT environments while helping ensure efficient investigation processes.
Coordinate and follow up on OT-related changes, updates, and incident situations across multi-vendor environments.
Collaborate with equipment and plant suppliers responsible for physical devices, integrations, and site-level modifications.

You will thrive if:

You have a solid general understanding of automation systems, industrial environments, and OT/industrial IT concepts.
You can communicate confidently with automation engineers, OT specialists, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
You understand complex data flows, multi-vendor ecosystems, and the practical realities of operating critical industrial environments.
Experience with SCADA-related concepts such as tags, alarms, and data transfer is highly valuable; familiarity with WinCC OA is a plus.
You are a hands-on problem solver with a broad technical mindset and an interest in the energy sector, especially wind or hydropower.
