We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join an Application Management Services (AMS) team for a key project within the insurance sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of IDMS‑based database environments that support business‑critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IDMS databases across the AMS environment
- Perform performance tuning, optimization, backup, and recovery tasks
- Ensure data integrity, security, and operational reliability
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and project teams to support evolving application requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Database Administrator with IDMS
- Strong understanding of database performance optimization
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience within the financial services or insurance industry
