Our client is a company that delivers automation, electrification, and energy solutions for industrial customers. They are planning an IFS ERP implementation scheduled for 2026 and are looking for a technical IFS expert to support the project team.

One of the identified bottlenecks is the IT team’s ability to understand business process descriptions in the IFS context. The client is seeking support particularly in:

Reporting is currently done using both ERP-native widget-based reporting and Qlik Sense. There is also a possibility that Power BI will be introduced as part of the reporting landscape.

The consultant is expected to bring solid technical expertise in IFS, along with the ability to contribute best practices based on previous IFS implementation experience. The role focuses on technical advisory (data model, data migration, reporting) and hands-on support for the IT team.

The project team consists of key members of the client’s IT team, the ERP system vendor, and a dedicated reporting team.
