We are looking for an experienced Rollout Project Manager to lead an international ERP rollout.

The Rollout Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget and scope, and according to agreed quality standards. The role acts as the key link between the project team, Steering Committee and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Own and maintain the project plan, scope, schedule, budget and resourcing
Lead and coordinate project delivery across business, IT and local teams
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
Provide regular status reporting to the Steering Committee and senior stakeholders
Coordinate project governance, meetings and key deliverables
Ensure appropriate quality controls and testing are in place

Ideal profile

Senior ERP Project Manager with experience in global / multi-country rollouts
Dynamics 365 experience is a strong advantage
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Experience leading multicultural and distributed teams
Able to work independently and take ownership of delivery
Willingness to travel internationally, including outside the EU, during the rollout
