IT Service Manager

Project & Team
You are responsible for the service management of certain applications and services. You are dealing with both suppliers and end customers.

You are also partically involved in a new sales support project.

You will succeed in this project if you have
Business interface experience (relationship between business and IT) and experience in various IT projects. You have also service management experience and you are familiar with ITIL - processes and Jira & Service Now hands on - experience.
